Yeast can be a natural product for a beautiful tan

We are rarely wondering what is yeast actually - we simply use it. Yeast is indispensable in the production of bread, cakes, beers and other alcoholic drinks and some exotic foods such as fermented soybeans and red rice.
Yeast is a living micro-organism - more specifically, microscopic single-cell fungi, which is crucial in the fermentation of sugar, it is also abundantly used in all the fermentation process. Among the many types of fungal yeast, the most famous is Saccharomyces cerevisiae from which is obtained baker's and brewer's yeast. Industrial yeast is produced as fresh or dry (which has a longer shelf life).
Many prepare their own yeast for baking bread at home without artificial additives. Homemade natural yeast, known as a starter or base, is a sour dough that is obtained by mixing the integral flour and water that "grows" in a glass (some are adding grated apple or honey). This fermented dough is kneaded in bread that gives it special quality and keeps the freshness longer.
Yeast is rich in group B vitamins, proteins, essential amino acids and various minerals, primarily chromium and selenium. Research has shown that yeast, if taken in small quantities (it is not recommended in large quantities because it is difficult to digest) can act as a natural antibiotic and digestive purifier and can contribute to the balance of fat and blood sugar in the organism. Some recommend it for easier weight loss.
Soothing face masks
Yeast can be used in preparing facial masks, for soothing acne and other skin inflammation, as well as for purification and beautification of the tan. Usually dry yeast is mixed with lukewarm milk in a mixture that is kept on the face until it is dried, and then washed thoroughly with warm and after that with cold water. Face mask can also be made by mixing yeast with rose water.
Important to mention is that directly eating a product like active dry yeast can be harmful and may cause allergies because of whichthe person will feel weakness and fatigue, severe stomach pains, and any unique allergic reactions associated with her yeast allergy.
However, most people do not have to be concerned about this. They may experience pain in the abdomen area as a result of the yeast actively consuming sugars in the stomach, but the stomach acids should eventually destroy the yeast. The concerns come because of the allergies that are result of eating products with active dry yeast.
If you are concerned over your consumption of eating active dry yeast, first consult a doctor.
