DIY Blooming carrots vase
Do it yourself / /
Spring is already here and every woman wants something special and new in her house that will manifest the season. Of course what better that DIY project that won't take much of your time.
Julie Mulligan has presented her own way of upgrading the spring table set to Celebrations.com. She loves to use organic elements in order to create rustic country vibe in her projects so this time she showed us a way to decorate your flower vase. We all know that DIY projects are great way to spend your time, and when they are done with just few supplies, we are more than ready to go.
For this DIY project you will need:
- about 15 peeled carrots
- short round (preferably transparent) glass vase
- rubber band
- decorating ribbon
- flowers by your own choice
First fill up the vase with water and put the chosen flowers in. Then put the rubber band around the vase. Insert your carrots one-by-one, tightly one next to each other inside the rubber band formed circle. Make sure you use more carrots if needed to get the look you wanted. Once the carrots are nicely put together, get the decorating ribbon and tie a bow tie in order to hide the rubber band.
And you're done. Choose a display point for everyone to see what you have done and get ready because congratulations are in order.
