Celine's colorful fall collection
Fashion / /
The women's favorite fashion brand Celine is making a bold move for next fall. They are ditching the trend of 70s and a new twist.
If you are a fashion follower or just a fan but you are not a fan of the 70 and their boho aesthetic, than the past couple years you were tired of seeing the reinvention of the 70s all over again. The fashion world went casual, it was all about those plisse skirts and shirts with oversized bowtie collars.
So no surprisingly it it comes as a shock that creative director for Celine, Phoebe Philo ditched the whole 70s aesthetic for next fall collection. The collection's pieces come in earth color palate which is a signature move for the fashion house. Fuchsia, bright yellow and dark red have been added to spice it up.
The collection brings us over dimensional coats with astonishing tailoring. The dresses come in light fabrics that make the perfect combination with the woolen and leather coats. Dressing up in layers in a must for the transitional seasons, and Celine have always known to make the best out of it.
The central piece of the collection is the versatile fuchsia brushed leather dress. It is suitable for daily outfit but accessorized with the right gems and stones it can be a perfect cocktail dress.
The collection has the vibe of eccentricity and elegance yet still emphasizes the feminine side.
