Fresh tomatoes or tomato sauce?
Tomato sauce. Tomatoes are a rich source of lycopene, an antioxidant which is believed to help in the prevention of several cancers. During cooking it releases much greater amount of lycopene that can be absorbed by the body. For maximum effect, add a little olive oil in the sauce.
Bacon or sausage?
Bacon. Fried bacon has less calories than regular sausage. Before you fry it, it is best to cut the bark and a little of the greasy layer.
Fresh or dried fruit?
Fresh fruit. Although dried fruit is more convenient and you can take it anywhere with you as a snack, whenever you have a chance, eat a fresh fruit. It contains a higher percentage of water. That means that you will be full for a longer time.
Dried fruits or nuts ?
Nuts. Nuts actually have more calories - 30 grams of nuts have about 167 calories and 30 grams of dried fruit have about 69 calories, but they are rich with vitamin E, protein and fiber. When you have to choose, go for nuts. You can mix these two, dried fruits and nuts together, and enjoy the sweet pleasures.
Fresh garlic or garlic powder?
Fresh garlic. According to researchers, the active ingredient in garlic, allicin, can be easily destroyed during processing, so it is always best to go for fresh garlic rather than powder.
Coffee or tea?
Tea. You don’t have energy, so you want to freshen up with a cup of coffee? Make a better choice and make yourself a cup of green tea or black tea. The tea also contains caffeine that will keep you awake, but in addition, green tea and black tea are rich with antioxidants and play an important role in prevention of various diseases.
An apple or an orange?
Apple. Apples have more health benefits compared to oranges. Apples can improve digestion, can help in losing weight, lowering cholesterol and improve the functioning of the lungs.

Gentle or rough massage?

Shower or bath?
Shower. It’s true that baths can be relaxing, but it is preferable to simply shower, especially for women. Lying in the bath increases the risk of vaginal fungal infections. If you love and choose to relax in a hot bath, first take a shower in order to escape the risk of all the filth that can surround you in the bath.
Music and a good book or a good friend?
Good friend. Conversations with people fulfill us in a way that music and books can’t. Time spent with a good friend is a time well spent and a good investment in your health.
