You are losing weight , but you are not on a diet
If you suddenly lose much weight or lose five percent in your waist, be sure that something is wrong with your health and that you need to see your doctor to find out what. Usually hormonal disorders , hyperthyroidism , diabetes and many other serious diseases can cause unexplained weight loss .
Prolonged pain in the stomach
Abdominal pain can be caused by various factors. If the pain lasts continuously for three or more days or if it is accompanied by nausea and vomiting, it is time to see a doctor.
You cannot get to air
This is normal when you are doing physical activity, severe exertion, sudden changes of temperature, arriving at a higher altitude, or in similar situations, but otherwise is a symptom that something is wrong.
High Temperature
When you have a temperature, that usually means that your body is fighting maybe an infection. But you should see a doctor if the temperature is constant and if it is higher than 38 degrees or accompanied by a rash, headaches and pain in the neck.
Dark stool
Due to consumption of certain red and green fruits or vegetables, the stool can become dark, but should not cause concern, if in the last 24 hours you ate beets, spinach, blackberries, blueberries or taking iron supplements
Cannot quench your thirst
If your insatiable thirst is accompanied with marks on the body, it is a sign that your kidneys are not working properly. People who have high blood sugar levels, have the need to urinate more and then have a greater need for a fluid, in other words constant thirst is one of the major symptoms of diabetes.
Muscle pain
Muscle pain is expected after serious physical activity or exercise, but if it occurs at a time when you are not active or have not had a heavier physical effort then it's time to go to the health center. Unexplained muscle pain can be a sign of an internal inflammation or autoimmune diseases.
Heartburn
Heartburn after a difficult and very spicy foods or large amounts of alcohol is quite normal. However, be sure to see a doctor if the same heartburn occurs every day, regardless of what and how much you ate and if because of that you often take pills for controlling gastric acid.
