The base of any peeling should be either olive or sesame oil, while the abrasive component should be chosen depending on the skin type. To simplify the formula, you can make a peeling that you can use for both face and the body, but it should not be too rough, not to damage the surface layer of the face skin.
For nourished and fresh lips
Ingredients: 1/2 teaspoon of moisturizing lotion, 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground coffee, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
Preparation: Mix well all the ingredients. Apply the mixture on the lips and massage them for five minutes, then wipe the lips with a towel soaked in warm water. They will look fuller and smoother after the peeling.
Peeling with almonds for shiny skin
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons of fresh cream, a cup of white sugar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of ground almonds, 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil.
Preparation: Mix all the ingredients. Apply the peeling on dry face and rub gently on the skin with circular movements. Then wash your face with warm and then with cold water. Keep the rest of the mixture in a jar in a refrigerator.
For softer skin use coconut and coffee
Ingredients: a residue of black coffee, 1/2 cup of sugar, a cup of coconut oil.
Preparation: mix well the dried residue of black coffee, half a cup of sugar and a cup of coconut oil and rub it in moist skin after showering. Massage for a minute and rinse.
For extremely dry skin
Ingredients: 4 tablespoons of honey, 6 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, a cup of crystalline sugar, 10 tablespoons of water, 6 drops of mint oil.
Preparation: Mix honey, olive oil and cocoa. In another bowl mix the other ingredients and then combine. Add the mint oil at the end.
Coffee reduces the visibility of cellulite.
Ingredients: 1/4 cup of minced coffee, a spoon of olive oil (you can add 1/2 tablespoon of green tea, almonds or jojoba oil).
Preparation: Mix coffee and olive oil and massage the body using intense circular movements (if you have dry skin, be gentler) so that the peeling can penetrate deep into the skin.
Sea salt and lavender return the elasticity of the skin
Ingredients: 1/2 cup of salt, 1/4 cup of juice or aloe vera gel, 1/2 cup of olive oil, 10 drops of lavender oil.
Preparation: Mix all the ingredients and apply them on the face. In addition to removing dead cells from the skin, it nourishes the face with the nutrients needed for a glittering youthful look.
Honey and oats for skin prone to acne
Ingredients: 1/3 cup oats, a spoon of honey, a spoon of olive oil, a spoon of lemon juice.
Preparation: Stir good all the ingredients. If you can, it is recommended to grind the oats beforehand. Rub the mixture on the skin, allow it to stand for ten minutes then rinse with lukewarm water.
