For dinner also eat protein, but lighter, such as white meat or fish. Sometimes you can eat cheese with a salad, but it's only when you exit the stage of weight loss. And for dinner is best to combine only white or green vegetables.
Another amazing thing is that you are allowed to eat sweets and fruit but only in the afternoon, between lunch and dinner, never in the morning. Still, the best choice would be dark chocolate and dried fruits like figs or plums.
