The pH balance of the body has a tremendous importance for out health, but not everyone knows about it and takes care of this balance.
The most common cause of disruption in the pH balance in the body is improper diet which contains too many quantities of meat, milk and dairy products, sugar, refined products full of additives and preservatives, white flour, coffee, alcohol and etc. Also some external impact like allergies, emotional stress, colds, viruses and drugs can affect the increase of acidity in our bodies.

Healthy food creates healthy cells and healthy thoughts too. In order to maintain optimum pH value of our body, we should consume at least 60% alkaline and 40 % acidic food.

Lemon is on the top of the list because of its alkalescence. It also counts as a natural remedy for almost everything. You can heal wounds with it and can provide potent and immediate relief for hyperacidity and virus-related conditions, as well as coughs, colds, flu and heartburn.
It is an excellent substitute for wheat and its products. It contains rutin which gives us energy, great in the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Good for people that can easily develop bruises and women with broken capillaries.
