High heels, as like the shoes with flat soles can cause a variety of foot problems. However, with proper care and using a few tricks, you will easy the pain and wear heels all the time and as much as you like.
All women know that shoes with high heels can be a real asset for torture. Due to the great arch of the foot, body weight puts pressure on the front, soft part of the soles, which can cause excruciating pain and the occurrence of blisters. Moreover, the body leans forward, thus impairing proper posture. The spine is in an improper position or may make pain in the lower back, hips and knees. Women who often wear high heels, over time their Achilles will gradually shortening, which is surely a bad experience and after that, wearing flat shoes is even more of a painful experience.
Although it does not seem like that, shoes with flat soles as well as the heels can cause many problems. If the sole is completely flat and thin, it does not provide depreciation movements and does not give support to the foot. Moreover, flat shoes that are intentionally one size smaller than the length of the foot (in order to stay on your feet when walking) are causing risk of blisters. Wearing flops makes you take smaller steps that cause sore feet and muscles.

After several hours of wearing high heels, experts advise to stretch the leaves and toes in order to release the pressure on the joints. It would be useful to do this exercise every day, and if you are working you can do it while sitting behind an office desk. It will stimulate circulation and maintain joint flexibility. Make circles with your feet in any direction, then repeatedly bend and extend them. When you are at home you can make a short massage every night to put back the strength in your feet and if necessary, use a nourishing cream for feet and massage them while putting it on.
