Using the benefits of the green tea for a beautiful skin

Green tea is a rich natural source of antioxidants, which makes it a perfect product for maintaining skin health. In the past it was very popular in China and was used to treat all types of headaches and depression. Today its popularity occupied the world, and is widely used mainly used for because of its numerous health benefits.
Apart from the health benefits, green tea is considered also effective when it comes to skin and body. It can help you rejuvenate the skin, and can also be used to treat wounds and skin diseases. It acts as a natural toner helping you clean the skin, reduce pores and give a shine. We have chosen few tips on how to use green tea by only adding few other ingredients that you surely have at home.
1. Face Mask
Cut two bags of green tea and place the content in a separate cups. Mix it with 1-2 tablespoons of honey and a little lemon juice. Apply on your face and allow it to work for 5-10 minutes. Wash with warm water. Use the mask once or twice a week.
2. Treatment for tired eyes and eyebags
Put two soaked in water bags of green tea in the fridge for 30 minutes. Place the cold bags of tea on your eyelids. Lie down and relax for 15 minutes. Use this method twice a day until you get satisfying results.
3. Acne and pimples
Put 1 tablespoon of green tea leaves in 60 milliliters of water. Take the piece of cotton and soak it in the preparation, then apply it to the risky area of your skin. Wash with cold water. Repeat the procedure at least twice a day.
4. Treatment for hair growth
After regularly washing the hair, wash it with freshly prepared green tea. Leave it for 10 minutes, then wash the hair with lukewarm water. Repeat the procedure at least 2-3 times a week for a period of several months.
5. Facial peeling
Mix one tablespoon of green tea, one tablespoon of sugar, 60 milliliters of olive oil and two tablespoons of honey. Apply the mixture, with circular movements, on a clean and dry face. Wash with warm water.
6. Green tea, honey and yogurt for reducing the pores
Mix one tablespoon of green tea, two tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt and a little bit of honey. Apply the mask gently on the skin. Allow it to work for 15 minutes and then rinse it.
