The fact that summer woke up people’s desire for fitness and losing weight. Everyone wants a flat stomach and is focusing on achieving that the most. If you want this too, you should really try to avoid these products:
Like the sweet things, alcohol is rich in sugar and many other calories with low nutrition value. With one drink almost always comes the next one and in that way it is hard to control how much of calories you put in your body. Even if you drink occasionally like one night in a week, you put in your body thousand of calories that otherwise you wouldn’t have received. Then again you’re hungry and are more likely to reach for unhealthy foods which are also very bad for you if you want a flat stomach.
Not only that they will help you in gaining weight, they also cause the bloating, even the ones without sugar. If you’re feeling bloated, drink mint tea, it will help more than drinking carbonated drinks.
Pasta, baked goods, cereals and other carbohydrates and anything else made from white flour is full with carbohydrates that makes them quickly digested and affects the rise of blood sugar levels and insulin. Insulin activates a hormone which increases fat, so the more this hormone is higher, the more you are prone to obesity, not only in the abdomen but everywhere. If you like bread, you better start eating one made from corn grains flour and focus more on protein. It will make you feel full and it make you feel bloated.
Although dairy products are excellent source of calcium, if you want a flat belly, make sure to exclude them from your diet.
Industrial processed and sealed food products are full of salt, fat and carbohydrates and low in fiber, and therefore they cause bloating and make your body retain extra water which causes a feeling of bloated stomach.
Some of the vegetables such as:
- cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli contain ingredients that can cause bloating and can make the stomach look bigger.
However, these vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals, so it is not recommended to completely exclude them from your diet, only keep an eye on the quantity you take.
Extra tip for a flat stomach: take thread, tie it at the waist on the abdominal muscles. Take a deep breath and when you breathe 50 % of the air , tie the thread so that when fully exhale you can feel the pressure. This trick can help you without making much exercises.
