Call the police the G Girls have arrived
Music Reviews / /
OK, let's start it with this - we definitely did not see this one coming. Romanian's biggest female pop stars have united for this summer's biggest jam. And here is the review.
Inna (Hot), Antonia (Marabou), Alexandra Stan (Mr. Saxobeat) and the newcomer Lor! (Sarutul) or with one word the creme-de-la-creme of Romania's most popular female singers have united in what may be the hottest girl group out there. G Girls have unexpectedly even recorded their first single and shot a video for it.
Called 'Call the police', the song is typical Euro-dance track written by Eric Turner, Julimar Santos Oliveira Neponunceno and produced by Marco&Seba. Since all of this are Inna's previous collaborators it makes sense that the song is most reminiscent to her music.
Got me here so high, on the satellite
Got me tip-toe walking on the moonlight
Who's there? Who's now? Who's busy, busy?
Who cares? You don't, you're with me, with me
Get a walk, get the lights, you're looking good
We're drinking with the bounce, it sounds good
Who's love? Who's there? Who's with me?
Who's drunk? Who's naughty? Silly, silly?..."
However, throwing 4 hot and worldwide known (more or less) singers into a group will probably mean that they are 'destined' to success. When on top of that you ad a sexy music video shot in Noblese Palace in Bucharest, where they play bad girls, it means that you have nailed it for sure.
The song has the signature Romanian music dance vibe which makes it perfect for a debut single and it is being released just in time for all those beach parties and summer nights out.
